Strategy
- Quarterly internal newsletter: Zakazukha creates and curates a quarterly digital newsletter highlighting team news, events, achievements, projects and updates from across the organisation. The newsletter is designed as a dedicated landing page on a private platform and distributed to Maritime Montering employees via Outlook.
- Annual employee magazine: At the end of each calendar year, Zakazukha creates an annual magazine-style publication celebrating the year’s highlights, team achievements, projects and milestones. The publication is produced for both digital and print distribution and given to employees as a celebration way of thanking them for aof a job well done.
- Content and design: Zaka manages the copywriting, editorial direction and graphic design across both publications, creating engaging and consistent communications that reflect the organisation and its people.
Results
Zakazukha has helped create a consistent and engaging internal communications program connecting more than 700 employees across 8 worldwide offices. Through quarterly digital newsletters and an annual print and digital magazine, Maritime Montering employees are kept informed, recognised and connected to what is happening across throughout the organisation.
In addition to the internal communications program, Zakazukha has also provided copywriting and graphic design for the organisation’s new MM website, creating consistency across its internal and external communications.
