The Winter edition of the MBGC e-Magazine has driven onto the motoring and lifestyle scene! With the colder months setting in, MBGC is turning up the heat and getting behind the wheel of the chic AMG CLA35 with drone-tech innovator Jackie Dujmovic of Hover UAV to discuss her work and the future of drone airspace. MBGC tests out the latest all-new Mercedes-Benz C-Class Sedan with a drive from the scenic coast to the winding roads of Tallebudgera's hinterland with Rachael Reid from Her Supercar Life. For Label, inspirational Indigenous business woman Emma Rolls chats about her gorgeous soft furnishings featuring vibrant Aboriginal-designed artworks, and her mission to bring traditional culture to Aussie classrooms; for Space, MBGC discovers the lasting legacy of The Doyles Art award, the Gold Coast's longest running art prize; Murwillumbah's Tweed River House shares the secrets to their fine French cuisine inside a century's old mansion; and Burleigh's Joy Beans talks about their quality ethically-sourced coffee. Heading south, MBGC puts the coastal nooks of Palm Beach and Tallebudgera under the microscope, revealing the understated charm of these two vibrant, yet laid-back suburbs. MBGC is published quarterly and distributed to a database of 6,000, with content from the publication also utilised across the dealership's social media channels.

Zakazukha's strategy for producing MBGC's e-Magazine

The strategy behind the Mercedes-Benz Gold Coast e-Magazine is to create relatable content, such as various Gold Coast-based stories focusing on individuals and businesses, and present it in a format that is engaging, relevant and ultimately, sells product. Each quarter, Zakazukha research and source interesting stories and content to include in the MBGC magazine. The feature is of course the Driver section, and a lot of thought and effort goes into creating and art directing an exceptional cover image. Subjects are typically selected for their uniqueness and connection to the Gold Coast. Having moved online from print, MBGC's new digital format utilises eye-catching photography, video content and a more interactive method of consuming the magazine via links and SEO optimisation

Mercedes-Benz Gold Coast

Based in Robina, Mercedes-Benz Gold Coast offers an extensive range of New, Demonstrator and Pre-Owned vehicles, as well as Light Commercial vehicles. As the oldest automotive manufacturer in the world, Mercedes-Benz recognises the importance of understanding its customer base and their lifestyle. This is done on a personal level through interactions at the dealership and regular surveys. The Robina-based showroom wanted a publication it could use to highlight various stories around the Gold Coast that spoke to its audience and a catalogue to showcase a range of certified pre-owned vehicles. Zakazukha was asked to produce a high-quality magazine for the Mercedes-Benz dealership to provide a promotional tool and to support the luxury brand. The result was a custom online magazine ideal for people to read via any device with ease.
