The December edition of the Kowanyama Aboriginal Shire Council's newsletter has now arrived in the Far Northern Queensland community.

The latest edition captured local events like the annual Kowanyama Rodeo and Ball, which bring the community together to celebrate their champion riders and dress up in their cowboy and cowgirl finest.

The Council's passionate leadership team always works closely with Zakazukha to write, design and produce the colourful six-page bi-monthly newsletter for sharing the latest news and project updates from across the region.

In this month's Kowanyama News we added a few touches of Christmas using native fauna as motifs as the community prepares for their end of year festivities in FNQ style. Check it out!
