PR for Cloud Assess to Gain Further Exposure in all Industries

Recently we commenced working with Cloud Assess, a leading Gold Coast online assessment software company, to help them boost their presence in various industries via public relations activities. Here's the latest press release for your viewing pleasure. It happened to be published in the Gold Coast Bulletin on page 17 on Friday 10 September 2021.

Gold Coast software company leading the way in $9 billion VET sector
Coomera-based Cloud Assess, who has helped streamline the cumbersome assessment and compliance requirements of the $9 billion Vocational Educational and Training (VET) sector, will be in the national spotlight this week. The 14th annual VET conference is the largest national gathering of industry professionals in the country and will be delivered over two days on the 9th and 10th September at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. Cloud Assess' software is already used by companies including McDonald's, Major Training Group and Queensland Rail, and will be showcased to other training heavy hitters at the conference, and in turn help promote the city's technology sector. Managing Director, Rob Bright, said his company has focused on what has been perceived as the forgotten child of the education sector with systems being used that still relied on pen and paper. The VET sector is a complex industry training millions of people each year and comes with many compliance requirements to adhere to, he said. This process was convoluted and takes huge amounts of time printing, processing, scanning and storing, even losing important documents if using paper or multiple disconnected systems. We built a solution to transform this and yet ensure critical compliance requirements are embedded in the process. Founded in 2013, Cloud Assess has developed a cloud-based solution that removes the traditional ways to conduct assessment so training organisations can achieve enrolment through to completion of students all on the one platform and with any device. Mr Bright said the evolution from paper-based to online assessment has a huge impact on the productivity of their clients with one training organisation automating over 300,000 tasks in less than a year. By digitising the assessment process the rate at which assessments can be deployed and completed is phenomenal, he said. With four assessments completed per second of every day, Cloud Assess is saving training organisations time, but also lowering their costs to enable growth and have a greater impact on the environment. For example, the amount of paper saved is significant, with one organisation saving 27 tonnes of paper a year which is avoiding the need to file and manage 189 tonnes of paper for their seven-year record retention period.
