About Retail Direct Property Group
Retail Direct Property Group is a renowned project leasing and commercial real estate enterprise that has an expert team that works with large format retail centres, strip retail precincts, and small neighbourhood centres in strategic locations throughout the Gold Coast and South East Queensland. Retail Direct Property Group have been a retainer client of Zakazukha for almost a year, since April 2021. The Website Project
Retail Direct Property Group approached the Zakazukha team to help them update the theme and functionality of their existing website for it to better meet their business needs. This project required planning, copywriting, designing, third-party software, back-end coding and utilised website best practice, with modern functionality and styles applied.
The Brief:
Retail Direct Property Group needed a website refresh. They also wanted to:- Distinguish their brand as an advisory service.- Look and feel like a boutique agency.- Stand out as unique from their competitors. Their commercial real estate website also needed to work in conjunction with API data feeds. In addition, the client required new EDM templates to suit the new look and feel coded into the software.
The Issue:
Retail Direct Property Group's website was not looking or working the way they wanted it to. Their website was outdated and the following issues were identified:- They weren't fully showcasing their services to their desired clients.- Their website wasn't truly reflecting their brand image.- The retail and commercial properties were not presented in a user-friendly way to optimise leads.

As a commercial property real estate business that prides itself in providing a full-service of experienced advice, with expertise working on major project leasing assignments, they wanted to create a site that really sells their services and brand. Retail Direct Property Group received a refreshed website without having to completely start again!
